What is Camden Living Social Offer?

Camden Living Social Offer is a provider of affordable rented housing fully owned by Camden Council. We provide new homes at social rents built through Camden's Community Investment Programme.

Camden Living Social Offer was founded by Camden Council to reduce the increasing strain on the affordable housing market and took action to make sure that more homes could be available at affordable rents within the thriving and diverse community of Camden.

Camden Living Social Offer’s first social rented homes will be located in Central Somers Town and will provide 34 new homes expected to become available in late 2024.
