New Homes: Mary Shelly House and John Dowling House
In Somers Town, 34 new affordable homes for social rent will soon be ready for new residents. There will be a variety of homes available, including family-sized flats. The modern and spacious blocks were named in Summer 2024 by the Somers Town community.
Camden Living Housing Association is getting ready to take over and manage the new homes. This is subject to final approval of the Regulator for Social Housing. We expect the new homes to be available in the next few months.
Once available, the homes will be subject to the local lettings policy, giving people living in Somers Town priority. They will be advertised on Camden’s Choice-Based Lettings website.
